Gina is the co-founder of CREATE Everyday Geniuses.  She oversees the Public Relations & Marketing divisions.  Previously, she spent a large part of her career designing education programs for a Fortune 500 company.  Most recently, Gina directed the awards program for the nation’s oldest nonprofit guide to children’s media and toys.  Gina spends most of her free time in character due to her five year-old son’s particularly creative imagination.

According to the National Center for Health Statistics, 4.7 million school aged children have been diagnosed with a Learning Disability and 4.6 have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder. According to the National Institute of Health, one in every seven Americans has characteristics of a learning disability.  All students take in and process information in different ways and teaching methods vary as well, which can cause a mismatch and impede learning for certain individuals.

Lisa Spielman

Lisa has always had a fond appreciation for education.  Throughout her college years, she tutored unprivileged students in preparation for their standardized math tests.  Lisa went on to volunteer her time with Junior Achievement, teaching Elementary students the basics of money.  In her professional career, she spent 8 years in various roles from Education, Career Development, to IT.  Lisa’s new position allows her to focus on her love of education and spreading CREATE’s mission to as many children, parents, and teachers as possible.

CREATE Everyday Geniuses’ mission is to help children understand that "smart" comes in many different forms and that everyone exhibits different learning styles and excels in different ways.  CREATE Everyday Geniuses is committed to the task of creating a forum where children can express themselves, learn, grow, and cultivate their emotional intelligence.
